Parents & Students

A technology helpdesk chat is also available for parents & students, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during the school year.  Technical agents may not be available weekends or days when school is not in session.  Submitted support requests will be still be received and responded to by email.  Click the link below to launch the Parent & Student support page with technology chat.

Technology Support

Parents and students may email a helpdesks technician at
support@bemusptcsd.org at any time for technical support. Emails will be answered Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  If there is an occasion when a device needs to be swapped out an appointment will be made for the PARENT / GUARDIAN ONLY to exchange the Chromebook at Maple Grove Central School.


Faculty & Staff

Faculty and staff must submit a Work Order if they are having issues.  Works Orders can be submitted any time of the day.  The Work Order will need to state if they want a phone call or an email to help with an issue. If a phone call is preferred please specify a time within our support hours.  Support will be provided between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please verify when you submit a work order that the Service Area is for IT.  If your request is submitted to Buildings & Grounds we will not know about it.
